I ordered a bag from CETTIRE. They then emailed me and said the bag was out of stock. I requested a refund and the money was returned within 2 days. I took another chance and ordered two items again. I received a confirmation email after my transaction. I took a while to receive the shipping/tracking detail. But it was done by text/email via DHL. And everything went well. I was able to track my packages and received my items very quickly. The items came in their original packages and I’m very happy. I will definitely order again.
