I purchased a pair of jimmy choo's from cettire.
and the item arrived pretty quickly within a week via DHL express.
I have seen the same pair of shoes in the physical store so i know what to expect in terms of the feel and quality.
and i was not disappointed in my purchase :)
Everything came well packed in the original jimmy choo box with dust bag and everything.
many of the customers mentioned their horrendous issue with returns. Hence i would say its probably the best to only buy shoes when you're 100% sure of your sizing.
try not to buy anything that you're unsure of in terms of sizing.
best to check out the item at your local stores too (if available).

PLEASE keep in mind this is an Australian website, which means Cettire is 15 hours ahead of where I live, MB Canada. So if you are getting long waits for customers service replies, the time difference is why. I would get customer service replies at 2:30 AM but that’s normal business hours for Cettire. Also check your junk mail!
#1. I purchased a Versace Messenger bag for my husband. I ended up ordering the wrong one so I emailed customer service to cancel it. Because I canceled it within 24 hours I did not receive a cancellation fee. The full amount was returned back to my credit card. However to see the refund on my card it took 4 business days. I was SO nervous based on all the bad return reviews.
