The first time I ordered, both items were out of stock so I asked for a store voucher instead. I used the same voucher to order new items and all items arrived within a week. I believe this site is a hit and miss. I believe their items are 100 legit and authentic but I don't think I would buy again mainly because of the absence of customer service support.
