I only saw the negative reviews after I placed my order and was very worried. At the same time I also ordered two items from Farfetched. The orders were placed on a Sunday and within 9 days the Cettire order arrived the same day as the Farfetched order. The packaging on both was similar and my item was in perfect condition. Overall a positive experience and I would order from them again.
