Discovered them this year, and was a bit hesitant because of the reviews. Have ordered 4 items the past 3 months, and all 4 have arrived via DHL. They are not packaged well, so if it's a gift and you want it to arrive well packaged you're best to go through Farfetch or Mytheresa. Will definitely continue using them.
