Utterly appalling customer service. Utterly unprofessional behaviour. They never reply to phone calls or emails from their clients, from my estate agents nor other solicitors involved in the conveyancing process. It's been two weeks and not a single response. I am seriously concerned that my house sale will fail because of them. Do not touch this company with a 40 foot bargepole. Will be making a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.

What a terrible experience we've had so far. No progression on either our sale or purchase for weeks and weeks now. Can't get hold of our conveyancer or anyone even slightly familiar with our case. Filed an official complaint and still getting nowhere. Escalated by Purple Bricks to the panel. Still getting nowhere. DC Law receptionist emailing the team requesting an urgent call back and looping in the director. Still getting nowhere. Would seriously recommend Purple Bricks to think twice about associating themselves with DC Law going forwards as we've had nothing but deteriorating mental health due to lack of sleep over worrying our entire chain will collapse. Completely incompetent, frustration doesn't even cover it anymore, it is so beyond that now. We're calling and emailing numerous times a day and getting absolutely nowhere, how we will ever complete at this stage I have no idea. Do not use DC Law.

Do NOT use DC law my buyers are with DC law after purple bricks reccomend them. Take no notice of the trust pilot reviews they are obviously fake. Never experienced anything like this I have no idea how they sleep at night. The chain is about to collapse I will be taking this to the legal ombudsman.

Don't use this company. Lost our house today. One purchase 6 months. Worst company yr ever use. Was recommended by purple bricks. I would like to use bad language about this company. But I don't want to reside in the gutter like they are .

DC Law are incapable of following simple instructions and as a result a simple sale to a first time buyer has taken 4+ months and is still not complete. They get their referrals from estate agents who receive hundreds of pounds from every case. Do not follow these recommendations from estate agents and employ a local agent.

Our seller is using DC Law recommended by purplebricks. The house sale has been going on since March & we still have no completion date. Our seller is beyond frustrated to no one answering calls or emails. My solicitor doesnt even get replies & they have chased & chased. Absolutely disgraceful. How Purplebricks can have any relationship with this company is beyond me. Our storage fees have extended into yet another month as we have still not completed. Utter incompetence & very stressful. I bet they wont wait 5 months for their costs to be paid!!! Grrrrrrrrrr

DC Law are a disgrace. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Have obstructed the sale of a property. TANYA STEELE and AYLEIGH HART have not responded to emails, phone call or voice mails to their client, 3 separate Law Firms & 2 estate agents - including Purple Bricks who were the ones to recommend them!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

The most appalling conveyancing experience we have ever had. DO NOT USE. Not only useless but impossible to get hold of. Why any estate agent recommends them is beyond comprehension. Would have given zero stars if an option.

Horrendous! Diabolical! Avoid at all cost! They never answer the phone or emails. There is a risk of our chain falling through as they are so slow to do anything. If I could give them 0 stars then I would

They never, ever answer the phone or emails, and it's impossible to get hold of anyone or even get a name of account handed and direct line. Even if you do eventually get through after weeks of trying they are slow to do anything. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough and DC Law make it ten times worse. I honestly wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all. Total waste of time and money.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE COWBOYS !! If buying a house was not stressful enough, it seems these guys are professionally trained in making your life a living hell. Our solicitor is so good at disappearing, that I would suggest he gives MI5 a call, and enrols himself into the 00 programme. If someone gave me the option of working with DC law again or head-butting a sword, I’D PICK THE SWORD EVERY TIME!!

DC Law are the worst conveyancer going. Their service is shocking, they don't respond to emails or answer calls. Their staff don't seem to have the training to actually understand what they are supposed to be doing. We enquired about why our case had not moved along in 3 months and the handler said he didn;t understand the process and elevated the case to his manager to process and nothing has been actioned! Oh cheers then! Shockingly bad, if your up for loads of stress and not buying or selling your house, go right ahead and sign them up. Hard to

Absolutely shocking. Don’t answer emails / phone calls. Now 5 months in the process of buying a house and can’t get in touch with anybody to find out what is going on. It’s been so stressful and would advise anybody considering them to stay away

If you want to add stress to an already stressful situation then I strongly suggest going with DC Law. If you'd like to talk to your conveyancer or communicate in any way it would be best to look elsewhere. The only thing this bunch convey is a complete lack of competence. I would not be surprised if we lose out on our dream home as a result of this lot.

9 months to sell 1 house without a chain. Had to chase up the conveyancer at every step. Nothing happened unless I called, and when I called no progress had ever been made because they hadn’t responded to whatever had been sent from the buyer’s solicitor. They’re basically just a call centre running a case management process, but they are so utterly woeful at the job that you would be better off finding a local solicitor who will do what they’re paid for and give you regular updates. Absolutely woeful - AVOID.
