“Very helpful staff by phone when I enquired about the building.
Delivered on time with very helpful delivery man. I had not noticed I was a piece short until it came seperately and quickly following delevery under seperate cover with a note of apolgy. Brilliant recovery and I had not started to build. This item would have been 5 star but for purchase of quality felt which turned ourt to be uneccessarily expensive due to being over-size.”
“Arrived ontime delivery guy really helpful, instructions pretty good for a DIY person.
Took about 6 hours to assemble after building door and window frames beforehand.
Took about another 6 hours to paint !

“The order process was simle and the goods arrived on the day/date booked. However there wasnt a follow up email confiming the time/date of delivery. Fortunately I had help to unload the shipment as the driver/delivery person did not have the equipment to unload the full pallet.”

“Delivery was on time. The delivery driver was on his own and each piece of this shed had to be handed down to us from the back of this high covered lorrry. Given the weight of these things I was expecting a vehicle with a tail lift as minimum and for health and safety reasons 2 men should be delivering these sheds”
“I was very pleased with potting shed but why on earth do you put the dimensions and post code, in black on the window strut. It looks awful and should have been on the bottom or top of the window unit so that it wasn’t visible after construction. Also we never received the 80mm screws, fortunately I had some. Overall it’s a well constructed unit but quality control needs reviewing.”
“Im really pleased and delighted now shed is up. Its very nice. Shed builders made an excellent foundation for the shed but had to shave door to fit and make another hole for the door lock which was slightly out of sync. Also replaced some pins. Nothing major. Delivery was prompt and driver very polite but on his own. He would have had to drag certain heavy parts if no-one was available to help him. Maybe not good for the item? Just an observation.”
