“I am very pleased with the overall quality of the greenhouse, however some of the window panels were poorly fitted. This is annoying as this is just poor quality control. However the greenhouse is sturdy and generally very well constructed. So 4 out of 5 rather than the 5 it should have been.”

“This product for the price is not worth it, the finishing of all the parts is quite rough, the sizing of the parts was very hit n miss, if you don’t have a workshop/power tools & knowledge of carpentry, this might not be the product for you.
A lot of the parts had to be trimmed to fit, so it was a little disappointing, the instructions were just photocopied so some of the text was not visible, the idea is good but maybe needs a bit of fine tuning.”

“quite good value a bit fiddly to erect, roof panels could be a bit thicker and a bit more care taken when it is beeing built in the factory, as some of the uprights are not square on the bottom or top supports which had to be done before erecting, roof runners could have been fitted in the factory ,a bit stronger hinges and hasp and staple would help,the felt nails supplied wont last long as to short but long enough for thickness of roof supplied but with modification of more roof supports that i have since fitted i can use longer nails.overall not a bad shed for the price”

“Eventually my goods turned up , when Shirley got involved who was Exellent from the off , I would say it was unfortunate that the fixing were not in the original box and that Yodal the delivery company were worse than useless but we got it over the line thanks like I say to the person dealing with the problems ( who wasn’t being helped by Yodal ) customer care”

“8x6 wooden greenhouse purchased and delivery arranged quicker than expected. Had to delay delivery due to holidays and rearrange on return which was easy to sort with just an email.
Overall building appears to be ok but a couple of the finishing pieces are not particularly good quality and will need to be filled and repainted.”

“Ordering and communications with elbec garden buildings was good.
The product was delivered with wrong assembly drawings and instructions. Elbec garden buildings sorted out this very quickly and efficiantly. The product was delivered with insufficient screws and after reminding about it, I waited 2 weeks without success. I was asked for my Post Code which I sent and then a week later asking me again for my Post Code and then a week later I was asked what screws were missing. Very frustrating. I informed them to forget about it and I bought the screw from a hardware shop near me.”

“Unfortunatly the system allowed me to order it to be delivered to my home address. Thought that was a bit suspect .It was got a phone call telling me that I live outwith their delivery areas. However the lady I spoke with could not have been more helpful . Arranged for it to be sent to a carrier that services the Scottish Islands also organised a refund for the difference between original delivery charge and what it cost to go to the carrier .”
