I was very pleased with it and looked exactly like the advertisement picture. It is very strong and sturdy.I was kept informed all the time and the delivery was on time. It was well packaged. “Very pleased overall. Customer service were quick to answer queries, and when my summerhouse went down in price, they quickly refunded the difference. The price was reasonable. As for delivery, that was a bit of a let down. The emails said I would get a 2 hour slot, on the morning of the delivery. I did get an email, but it was at 3pm, to say the product was coming between 3pm and 5pm(And I had got up at 6.30 am, just to be on the safe side)
The summerhouse took my hubby and I (both pensioners) 16 hours to install it. It went up quite easy, but there was some errors in the paperwork, so read carefully, watch the youtube videos, and be prepared to adapt. Overall, I am very happy.”
