“Once erected this Victorian Grow house is an excellent addition to the garden. A knowledge of geometry is useful during construction to stop the building going out of square. To that effect the fact that the windows are pre-installed prevents the use of clamps which would have been useful. There are an abundance of screws and fixings so you do not run short. All in all very good value for the price,”

“The 3 180cm planters were delivered on time and by a very helpful driver. The planters themselves seem of a good condition and should be simple enough to put together. The parts are not pre-drilled so some work is required and with 36 holes to drill in each one an electric drill is essential. I think these planters will make a great addition to the garden and certainly save my aching back.”

“I ordered Larkspur (Shire) summerhouse from Elbec. The quality of the product is very good, there was some minor damage which Elbec/Shire offered to replace however my joiner made good. I was VERY impressed by the service and attitude of all the employees involved with the supply. The delivery driver Adam was excellent, the product was delivered a bit later than planned however the tracking system was excellent and I knew exactly where and when it would be delivered. The customer care (Sharon) was excellent and followed up with me several times. I also received a couple of planters free gratis due to the slight damage. All round excellent service and I would recommend these companies to anyone looking for this type of product.”
