“I bought a Palram 6x8 plastic shed from Elbec, best price I found on the internet, quick delivery. I checked all the parts, unfortunately 1 corner piece was broken, I got in touch with Elbec with the part number, too my surprise it was replaced in a matter of days, great service. Palram shed is up, very pleased. Would recommend and use again.”

“Great product that was fairly easy to put together with clear instructions, needed two people though for most of the build. Floor gives that extra protection for items stored and transparent light roof lets you see all.”
“The item I have purchased, not satisfied because of few pieces were broken, I had to spend more to repair those pieces . Driver was extremely rude and not clear English , loaded his truck with few other orders and I was asking him is it the full order as those pieces never came in pallet . He dammed some additional wooden pices in my front garden I was thinking those are the part of my order, I had to take those in the recycling centre . Really sad purchase . I would’ve ask for refund but I really needed that shed at that time . So can’t be asked . Will not recommend this company to anyone . If you do risk is yours .”

“2 x sheds (T&G) 1 x log cabin (44mm logs) After placing the order I read a few negative reviews. I should not have worried Elbec provided really useful guidance when placing my order. I received a telephone call confirming date of delivery and orders were delivered on the requisite date. The transport used for the delivery were very helpful, one small pane of glass broken but overall no issues (Elbec stated they would replace same but I decided not to take up this offer). Quality; for what I paid very happy, definitely value for money - In the past this has been seriously lacking from other suppliers and I suppose the biggest credit I can give them is to recommend them to others.”

“Scoured the internet for good quality garden shed,found precisely the size and type I was looking for. driver arrived on time and placed on site ,exactly where I wanted it. The only suggestion I would make to a purchaser is --- either order the heavy duty floor or do as I did and lay a half inch stirling board or chipboard panel to give a bit more stability to floor. Excellent shed, would recommend John.”
