“Outstanding customer service from Elbec; they very helpfully called me back to answer my queries before I placed the order. The time delay before delivery was predicted to be 5 to 10 days but communication re delivery was exceptional and they let me know beforehand the date it would be delivered and then on the day itself the time by SMS message - only a couple of days after the order was put in. The goods then arrived on time and in good order.”

You can usually get through to the person you want straight away but, if not, they always return calls or answer emails. They were also excellent in liaising with Shire Building (who were themselves brilliant) and I felt very supported throughout the whole project (I ordered and built a large cabin).
