Good product that is very good value for money, clear, concise and comprehesive instructions, went together well, apart from some lining up issues with roof structure, but not really a big issue. When things go well, sometimes a false perception of a company is felt, only when something goes wrong do you really see how they perform. So it was with some reservations when I found a sizing problem with somecwindow beads being of incorrect length. Elbec responded quickly and efficiently and replaced the items (with apologies) immediately with no hassle, which was reassuring. I can recommend Elbec and their products without reservation.”
“Very pleased with experience from ordering to delivery. The bar is being used by my wife in our log cabin as an artists studio bar. It allows us to also use it as a drinks bar or workbench in quick time. The quality of wood and construction is good. A rugged design that works and looks well.
The accessories were wet and rusty, so decided to replace with new parts. I would prefer the foldout legs to be attached by foldable hinges, rather than fixed. As you have to unscrew each time you fold away. Very pleased with this purchase”
