“Summer house is great. Lorry broke down on delivery day but I was kept informed. Initially disappointed that next available delivery was 2days as it was the day my son in law planned an early sart to erect it. It was explained that the deliveries for the following day were already loaded on the lorries so they couldn't deliver sooner but the deliveries for the missed customers would being all completed by mid morning. I was very pleased therefore that my delivery arrived just after 8am. Breakdowns are unpredictable but I felt they did their best to minimise inconvenience”

“Excellent product. Delivery was as promised and the driver was very friendly and helpful during that delivery too.A couple of ponts I will raise is the roof felt, we purchased the heavier duty one, but the instructions didn't mention whether you could tack it to the roof... After the recent storms, I realised it should've been and have bought new and tacked it... Last point is the additional strengthening pack for floor and roof it's a must.. Be aware the roof is heavy when built, so it took 3 of us to assemble that on top of the frame... and we were all 6 foot tall or more :-) Russ”
