“Purchased the 3m x 3m Mercia Corner Log Cabin. Ordering process was straight forward, I really liked that the price advertised, is actually the price. Other websites advertise a price, but then you realise the felt isn’t included or the glass isn’t included for the windows. Delivery was selected, I was kept up to date with text messages and emails, arrived very promptly on time, the delivery driver was fantastic. Instructions very clear and easy to follow. There was an issue with the roof trusses, they had been incorrectly pre-screwed together at the wrong point and one was also cut incorrectly. This took a little time to fix, had I not had experience frame building and also own a chop saw, I may have struggled. Bar that, it took me a day to build it solely. Other issues were there not being enough screws supplied but again, a trip to my local screwfix sorted this. All in all I’m very much satisfied with my purchase, I’ll be honest, when ordering I’d seen a few mixed reviews and your social media was also constantly being trolled by I presume a pervious customer calling you a liar on every post. It did make me panic a little but I’m pleased to hold out and see what was delivered. Thrilled with the finish article.”

“At first it looked a flimsy (its plastic) and complicated to put together but it went together easily enough and sturdy once fixed in place. Arrived quicker than expected”
“I love my daughter's playhouse now it's put together. The instructions were easy to follow and it looks great. However, I feel that on the product information page while buying it should state that not only is assembly required, but that it takes 2 people and involves measuring, chiseling and filing for things like window hinges. It would be alot simpler of these had already been done for the buyer.”

We ordered two sizes of fence panel and all the usual accessories and a summerhouse. granted, we haven't erected the summerhouse yet so I can't comment on its quality but the fence panels were perfect and the delivery guys were so kind to help my husband put the panels etc at the back of the house. “Good service, promptly completed. Sadly the product was not as good as I'd hoped. It's very easy to put together but the wall thickness limits the usability of this shed. As new it's very difficult to open the doors. With use it will become easier but for now it's a struggle. Looking forward to the freedom where we can see these things before we buy them.”
“The product itself was quite good value but things like the screws supplied to put it together were to be honest....rubbish. I was supplied with the exact amount to do the job, of these 6 were already bent about 5/8 of an inch from the top. Although not overly expensive it was a pain having to go to a DIY store 7 miles away to buy more. As well as this it proved really difficult to screw the the lattice sides to the main uprights using a power screwdriver as it was impossible to put them in straight as the lattice struts got in the way. It would be far better if the lattice sides came already screwed together. Product quite good......assembling could be much easier. Quite a few of the lattice struts had knots that had fallen out which will leave it much to easier to break if it accidently had any amount of pressure put on it.”
“Good service and delivery. The wood of the shed was ok although when one of the side pannels blew over and a pole for the roof fell over they broke and had to be pinned and glued, so the wood has the potential to be weekened by knots in it.”

“Came on time, well packed, nothing missing. Seems fragile at first but becomes quite sturdy when built. Tip: do not build outside when it’s very windy! Very satisfied. Great shed.”
“We eventually built the log cabin and it looks very nice. Needs 2 to assemble and not a job for the inexperienced. Customer Services at Elbec were very helpful indeed. It would help if the log cabin packers would pack similar logs together in lots, so that the delivery could be easily checked - we had a big pile and didn't have the energy to sort them out into same types for checking.”
