Insgesamt drei Artikel bestellt und davon ein paar Schuhe zurückgeschickt. Auf dem Rücksendeschein wurde ausdrücklich ein Umtauschwunsch mit detaillierten Angabn zum Wunschprodukt angegeben. Dies wurde ignoriert. Zwischenzeitlich wurde ohne weitere Erläuterung der Kaufpreis der zurückgeschickten Schuhe erstattet. Offensichtlich kann der Service der Sachbearbeitung mit der Qualität der Produkte "nicht Schritt halten".

I don't know how to rate your performance, as my shipment has not arrived yet. Your web site said it would be here in about 5 business days, and it has been longer than that. I know it was the Christmas rush. I just got an email from you today that my slippers would arrive today. I hope so!

No sensible delivery time given. Gift for friend arrived three days after Christmas when guest had already left. Cannot return item as it is in Europe and postage nearly as much as the item cost. Am left with an item too big for me, not my style and a waste of money for the original purchase. Will not use this company again. Also, FedEx not the most consumer-friendly courier service, unless you’re a big business. I try to avoid using them; why they didn’t use their national courier DHL I can’t fathom.

Asking for a review 10 days after ordering, stating 3-5 day shipping, and the shipment has been sitting at the airport for 8 days now, 6,000 kms from me while only providing the review site in German, not the language of my ordering country leaves a lot to be desired. Toss in the fact that I purchased well before Christmas, but the shipment hasn’t left Europe and there is no way to cancel the order, makes me think that while people rave about the product, if I don’t receive the product in a timely manner (or even ever), how good is it really?

I haven’t received the order. It is supposed to be delivered by Evri but, despite receiving a email from Giesswein confirming that it was despatched 10 days ago, the courier tracking states they have not received it. Very disappointing.

Honestly I don't know what happened or who is responsible. I'm just figuring the two stars will get someone's attention. I ordered a pair of slippers some time ago. I got a shipping notification and kept looking for my package, but it never appeared. Now I am being asked about my level of satisfaction - so, clearly you are assuming I received the product. Nope! I do not feel inclined to track the package myself - sorry.

I haven't recieved the slippers yet, as they seem to have been stuck in Cologne for over a week, but they seem to be moving now. I am only giving a 1*, only because of the shipping. I hope to be able to give more *'s when they eventually arrive and I try them.

45 ist die neue 44 bei Giesswein. Und die 46 die neue 45. Das führt zu vermeidbaren Retouren. Die Retourabwicklung stockt, hoffentlich nur der Weihnachtszeit geschuldet.

The slippers are nice but they use the absolutely slowest way of shipping to the US. Three weeks if you are lucky although their website says 3-5 Business days.

Die Qualität der Schuhe machte einen guten ersten Eindruck. Allerdings ist die Bearbeitungszeit bei einer Retoure in akzeptabel.

The slippers look amazing but customer service is non responsive. I need to return the slippers because they’re too small. I sent an email but haven’t heard back on how to return. Now I’m stuck with slippers I can’t use.
