Slippers great! Now my 3rd pair. The sneakers however unfortunately gave me a blister and I did not find them comfortable wearing without socks. I think you need to consider offering half sizes.

My order was processed and delivered on time. Unfortunately, the slippers were not for me. They were not feminine enough. They also made my feet cold.

The inner sole is lovely and well made but keep in mind that the arch is very structured and firm. I bought it for my slippers and despite knowing it had an arch I bought it anyway as I know it is good for my feet.

Bonjour, merci pour votre feedback. Nous sommes heureux que vous aimiez nos chaussures. Nos chaussures en mérinos sont fabriquées en Autriche et assemblées au Vietnam et en Chine. Le tissu unique des chaussures est tissé et moulu dans notre production textile à Brixlegg - Tyrol - Autriche, donc la valeur ajoutée de l'article est en Autriche. L'assemblage des pièces individuelles telles que le tissu et la semelle, ainsi que les accessoires, est réalisé au Vietnam. La raison en est la très forte demande pour nos Merino Runners ; nous n'avons pas de fabricant de chaussures ici en Europe avec une capacité suffisante pour répondre aux quantités demandées. Notre directeur général visite personnellement l'usine au Vietnam deux fois par an et garantit qu'il s'agit d'une usine qui répond à toutes les normes occidentales, qu'elle est de construction récente et que les conditions de travail sont impeccables. Une paire sur les 2 commandées n'était pas le bon modèle, à 2 jours de la rentrée, c'est ennuyant. Sinon excellents produits.

Die Giesswein Schuhe sind toll, angenehm zu tragen und sehen genau so aus, wie ich sie mir erhofft hatte. Fürs Produkt also 5 Punkte. Dass ich trotzdem nur drei Sterne gebe, liegt an der Lieferung. Ich habe den ganzen Tag auf die UPS Lieferung gewartet, die nicht kam, es lag auch kein Zettel im Briefkasten. Niemand hat geklingelt. Erst über "Sendung verfolgen" habe ich erfahren, dass der Fahrer das Paket in einem Shop 6 km entfernt abgegeben hatte, in einem abgelegenen Industriegebiet. Seine Begründung, angeblich war niemand zu Hause. Das ist falsch und hat mich sehr geärgert.

Shoes seemed good at first, however not sure of the material might not be tough enough. Mine have a patch torn out from the heel after just two weeks.

The slippers were very well made and good quality, as were the insoles. The problem was that they did not fit together. The insoles, which I needed, were so thick that there is no room for a foot once they are in the slipper. I told the customer services that they should not be selling these two items together. The insoles are clearly not designed to fit in the clog style slippers. I’m guessing they will work better in the boot style ones. Customer services didn’t seem to understand and instead sent me a smaller pair of insoles, but these were just as thick. I’m now sending them all back. I’ve still given them three stars, because, if I’d wanted the slippers without an insole, they would have been fine. I needed insoles because of a foot problem and the shaped footbed looked perfect, but unfortunately wasn’t.

Die Runners und auch die Jacke haben voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Leider trennt sich nach nicht einmal einem Jahr eine Ärmelnaht auf. Ich habe zweimal versucht das Unternehmen zu kontaktieren - mit Foto. Ich habe jedes Mal die Meldung bekommen, dass sich jemand melden wird, tut aber niemand.

The goods were well packaged and arrived in good time. Unfortunately I had to return the goods as the slippers were so hard that I would have developed very sore toes if I had worn them. The socks seemed to be a free offer with the slippers when I placed the order but it seemed I had paid for them so I returned those too. Not clear on the site.

The runners are not as the picture shows. There is a larger, ugly bit of sole sticking out of the back of the heel. I have narrow, shallow feet so am used to footwear being too wide and deep. However they were comfortable on the walk I did with them.

I ordered the slippers online so couldn't try them on before buying. The fit wasn't very good for my feet. The slippers also ran a little small. Next time I would order half a size larger than my usual size.
