The sole of my slippers are showing signs of significant wear/starting to break and I have only worn them on our new carpets for less than a week. They are supposed to be durable amd made to last but Im not convinced they will last a couple of months..

My goods have not yet been delivered and have been stuck in a delivery depot for over 1 week without any contact. Goods went out for delivery but no one showed up after waiting. I think your delivery approach is poor. I ordered shoes from Arche on the same day and they arrived three days later. I like your products generally, but this experience has not been good. Customer Service is great!. Too bad the Giesswein leadership ( Markus and Johannes) has decided that carrying men's US 14 and 15 is NOT worth their while (maybe the market too small) from some models. We are not talking about selling the very small or very large sizes from a retail store, but rather from a website (from which GW is supplying the entire world)! The carry cost cannot be that over the top and I do not mind paying a couple of dollars more for the 'very' large sizes. I just bought two pairs of different models of size 14 shoes. I have to return one because it is too small. Having worked in the footwear business for half my working life, we always prided ourselves of saying a size X was a size X, regardless of what model you purchased from us. These were quite short. I got a friend who was a 7.5 and she said they were too short for her. They fit a friend who is a seven. I got them to give to my daughter who has a birthday this weekend. You don't even carry them anymore, so I can't exchange. I have bought this style in the past, and they did not fit this way at all.

Leider wurde beim ersten tragen (Barfuss) der Fuss hinten blutig geripst. Größe passt eigentlich, aber hinten wo der Streifen angenäht ist dort ist es viel zu eng.

Pro: delivery was quick. I like the colours available. Veitsch slippers are comfortable and look like they will last a few years. Con: Merino Runners do not support the feet. I always wears socks with my shoes but despite this I got very bad blisters on my feet after two days wearing them which took a long time to heal. This didn’t happen with another brand of wool shoes I buy (Allbirds) which were very comfortable right from day one. Gravel and stones get stuck to the soles due to the size of the grooves. Laces tend to come undone. I am unable to wear these shoes for the long walks I do most days so can wear them only on days when I don’t expect to do much walking.

The materials are of good quality, but the back of my foot is aching with the new shoes, because the back piece is too high for my foot. I hope the probleme will be solved with usage et some bandages. :)

Nos adhésifs sont également exempts de substances nocives. Les chaussures sont lavables dans le cycle de lavage doux pour la laine à 30° maximum. Nous recommandons d'utiliser un filet à linge et un détergent pour laine standard. Ne les mettez pas dans la machine à laver avec d'autres textiles. La feutrine ne doit pas être filée, mais seulement pressée avec précaution. Les Merino Runners sont séchés à l'air tout simplement. Veuillez ne pas les mettre dans le sèche-linge. Liebe Firma Giesswein ich habe mir letztes Jahr einen grauen und schwarzen Sneaker bestellt.Der schwarze ist überall sofort gerissen und habe ihn schon zwei mal bei meinem Schumacher gehabt zum nähen,jedoch habe ich ihn mir jetzt wieder neu bestellt da ich gerade Fussprobleme habe und ich so gut in ihnen laufen kann.Jedoch war ich sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität .Vielleicht können sie mir eine kurze Stellungnahme geben ob sie mit diesem Artikell schon öfters Probleme hatten.Vielen Dank mit freundlichen Grüssen

Ich war mit den Sneakers leider nicht zufrieden und musste sie wieder zurückschicken. 1. war der eingeklebte Giesswein-Werbedruck am Fußbett voll klebrig auf meinen Barfüßen und 2. schaut es bei allen Werbebilden so aus, als ob die Schuhbänder nicht zu binden sind - was dann bei den gelieferten Sneakers auch nicht gestimmt hat. Die Bänder sind lange und waren nur innnen versteckt...
