“I received first class assistance from Bernadette who satisfactorily handled an issue I had experienced and she was able to get me a good deal on my new cruise holiday booking. I will certainly contact her again when booking future cruise holidays.”

“From beginning to the end of our conversation nothing was a problem ... I have used Iglu cruises several times now and have never experienced any problems... I got the cruise booked at a very good price got both the deck and cabin i asked about and we are now looking forward to our cruise in the Mediterranean next year. Great doing business again with someone you can be relaxed with on the phone... thanks again Beth”

“I was rather dubious about using Iglu cruise as I’ve only ever booked through main cruise companies so had a lot of questions to ask . I spoke with Jacob who was amazing . He answered all my queries with a polite and honest reply . I respect honesty and authenticity over everything and with Jacob’s honesty I felt reassured I was making the right choice . People like Jacob are sadly a dying breed . He was polite , courteous , honest and also gave me space to listen . He is definitely an asset to the company .”
