“it took almost 20 minutes for the phone to be answered. ( I think Iglu really need to address this issue as people are ringing to book expensive cruises and should not have to wait this long to speak to someone!) However once I got through Dan was wonderful, he was helpful and gave us good suggestions regarding cabin locations and explained everything clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel confident in making a booking with Iglu.”

“Iglu are helpful and often cheaper than booking direct with a cruise line. I have used Iglu several times now with no problems whatsoever. The staff (particularly Angela) are helpful.”

“Both agents were very helpful. I requested a quote for a transatlantic cruise for two cabins, one for a couple and one for sole occupancy. James was very helpful and came back to me with the detailed price of the sole occupancy rate for a balcony cabin. Our group decided to book a different transatlantic cruise on another cruise ship. This time I spoke with Corina who worked tirelessly to get our group two balcony cabins next to each other in the area of the ship that we prefer. Our group also required one-to-one assistance so we had to ensure that that was available. I have booked over 12 cruises with Iglu and have always been satisfied with the service received.”

“After some difficulties with telephone connections we spoke with your representative Angela. She was most helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our booking was as we discussed. Have used Iglu in the past and found them to be very helpful. Would recommend and continue to do so in the future.”

“Dan was very helpful in booking our luxury cruise. He answered all my questions and organised different flights and overseas transfers to our specific requirements. Iglu were also £2,420 cheaper than love it book it for exactly the same cruise with flight! I may have expected some variation but they were way cheaper than even booking direct with Azamara! They beat the next best price from 4 competitors by a huge margin! The first place I will look at online in future will be Iglu! Been P&O and didn’t like pile it high, sell it cheap mass market cruising. 6,000 passengers is just ridiculous! Going Azamara this time and Regent Seven Seas in 2026! Will always do a lot of research first but booking with Iglu was easy, informative and efficient. Well done Dan who knew his stuff and didn’t rush or pressure us.”
