“Well, after some difficulties with the availability of our cruise cabin, and NCL closing their bookings for the Autumn Season to Alaska, we (or rather Laura from IGLU) managed to get booked, on a different cruise, but one which was slightly better! Agent Laura was extremely helpful and diligent to our requirements, and went beyond our expectations by working in the background and contacting us when she'd found an availability. Many thanks to her.”

“Good experience as immediate advice and help on telephone. Knowledgeable person to speak to who followed up promptly with email with results of our conversation. He was able to help with modifying stay at hotels pre and prior to cruise. He made the booking process stress free. Thank you”
