“I requested a callback for 10am and received a call from Charlotte at Iglu bang on time. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and talked me through my options of flight times, even looking up the cost of an early morning independent train journey to Heathrow. I wanted to change my post cruise trip flight home day and this was easily sorted. A quick telephone call answered by Kay on a query was also clarified quickly. We are happy in the knowledge that our flights, overseas transfers, hotel and cruise package are all sorted and are now looking forward to our trip.”

“My wife and I have booked a cruise to Europe on P&O Ventura some years back. We were glad that IGLU is offering this present cruise which fit in nicely with our travel to London from 7 Nov to 3 Dec 2024. However, we faced some difficulties making payment for the cruise probably because we have given our Singapore address instead of my brother's address at Upton Park, Slough. We are glad that we were finally able to make our booking. Perhaps IGLU should make it clear to foreigners like us to provide a UK address to enable payment for the cruise be made.”
