“Iglu had a long list of potential cruises including the Cunard M504 to the Canaries. Mark was very helpful in identifying which cabin would best suit us. The whole booking process was carried out efficiently.”

“Excellent service, à quote within a couple of hours. Phone answered quickly, lots of information given regarding our trip. Very helpful, managed to answer our queries which resulted in me booking our holiday. Not a straight forward booking as has lots of elements.”

“Spoke with Ian who was able to answer all my initial enquiries and questions. Gave me time to think about offer, provided me with his contact details - e mail, ext number etc. Rang me back at designated time, was extremely patient as I changed my booking a few times. Ian was Extremely polite and gave me excellent customer service. My first experience of booking with IGLU and would honestly state it was excellent and would do do again, ask for Ian excellent Customer Agent. R H Thomas”
