“It was a pleasure to talk to Liam the travel agent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. He sorted all our requirements perfectly. We always deal with this company when booking our holidays and I highly recommend them.”

“Apart from always appearing to have the best prices for most cruises, I found the staff member I spoke to (Maddy) very well-informed about the ship I would be travelling on and able to provide advice on all the queries I had. She was so frieindly, answered all my queries and took her time to ensure I was happy with the selections made.”

“I was halfway through booking a cruise, then realised I needed to check a couple of things, so I stopped. Iglu sent an email to quote me, then Stewart phoned to check that they had done all I needed. Then he didn't bother me again, probably because I booked a different cruise. So just enough service to be useful, not so much as to be bothersome.”
