“I am not pleased how my last 2 orders were handled. 1) you guys implied that I had a credit card issue and it was a glitch with your app that was the problem. 2) the order was stopped on a an urgent request and was contacted by email in the afternoon the day after. The pharmacist that works on Saturday was helpful and provided good customer service. But the rest did not follow through. Not happy with the services. Very disappointing.”
“I ordered a Serestro Flea Collar for SMALL dogs. Because of the information I entered when filling out my pet's information, the website automatically defaulted and changed my selection to a Serestro Flea Collar for LARGE dogs. I believe that I entered a weight of 19 lbs. for the dog - which was actually a guess on my part, and the weight limit for the small collar is 18lbs. When I received the flea collar for Large Dogs, I called the Koala Heath Team and was told that they would replace the large collar with a small one at no additional cost to me and that it would be shipped out so that I would receive it the next week. The next day, I received an email from Koala Health telling me that they would not honor that after all and that I would have to re-order another collar in the smaller size, pay for the second collar as well and edit my pet's weight on the profile. Very poor service and BAIT AND SWITCH in my opinion. I will never order anything from Koala Health again and will inform my veterinarian about this experience as well.”
“I have NEVER had to jump through hoops to get meds for my dog. It was ridiculous! Go read all of the emails between koala and me. There were over a dozen. I know you are a subs riptide service. That was clear. Suffice to say I will not be using your company again.

“The order just didn’t come fast enough. It took over a week to get it processed, approved and delivered. I’ve emailed twice to ask that it not be on autoship and no one has even responded to my emails. I can’t figure out how to cancel it on the website. It’s very frustrating.”
“I placed an order for my cat’s prescription meds. I confirmed with my vet that they approved the prescription. 19 days later, I had no update and I had to get an emergency supply from the vet. When I called koala, the customer service rep spent her time lecturing me about ordering using a duplicate account and completely ignored my concern about the delayed order. She spent all of her time transferring my order to my original account, making sure the coupon I used was taken off, and said the order would now be sent out. She also promised me it would be shipped out priority mail, but when it was shipped, it was sent via ground advantage - the slowest method. Never, EVER using this company again.”

“This is the 2nd prescription that was shipped late, This medication known by the party that filled the prescription, was aware that it is needed for seizures, why did it take the time it did to be completed? I spoke with a frep., for Koala, she apologized, but it did not help that fact that I had to deral with it!”
“I had to wait over a week to receive my dogs’ medication. I get it within 48 hours when I order from Pet Meds or Chewy. I called and received a message that you were closed. I called the following day and was on hold for 20 minutes. That is unacceptable. I was told you only have a staff of 8 people. I will not be doing any future business with you.”
“My order took over 3 weeks to get because of the pharmacy department. I have 5 dogs and took them all in for heartworm/yearly in December to my vet’s clinic. Once they all tested negative I put an order in with Koala, like I did the previous year. The pharmacy department kept sending approval for 1 of the 5 dogs. After endless calls Koala support and my vet office, I finally went in to the vet office to see what is going on on their end. The emails and documents I saw showed it was a problem on Koala’s end being lazy and only sending one dog for approval. I called customer service (again) at the vet office and had them talk to the vet directly. This was such a hassle and I will never use them again.”
