“You sent the medicine in such a flimsy package that the contents had either been stolen or spilled out before they reached me. The package was open and EMPTY! I just wasted my money on getting the prescription filled from you and I will NEVER buy from you again. Other pharmacies package the contents so that it is not easy to tell what is in the package. I'll bet someone thought the Apoquel was narcotics!!! Little did they know it was dog pills! Shame on you for such poor packaging. I have NEVER had an issue wih the packaging from other pharmacies! I will let my veterinarian know about this.”

“I ordered meds November 23, after about three weeks I called to check on the status and they said it was lost & they were going to replace it. December 21 I received an empty box with no medication in it. Two days ago I was told they were still waiting on my vets approval for the replacement, and today I called and they basically accused me of lying saying that they hadn’t processed the replacement because they checked their cameras and it showed they put the medicine in the box. Over a month and I never recieved any meds. They finally agreed to a refund, but the 1 star is because I felt they were accusing me of lying when I was being 100% truthful… all the while my sweet pup is still waiting for his meds. Won’t use this pharmacy again.”

“There was an error on your part with your software that changed my zip and therefore my Credit Card did not work. You notified me on 12/6, I called my bank & was told that there was not a problem on their end. I called you on 12/7 and talked to someone in customer service who had to re-enter my profile. She said the order would go out within a couple of days. Nothing happened on your end until 12/13. I received an email from you saying my order shipped on 12/13 and I got it on 12/16. The second person I talked to was unable to do anything and transferred me to Jori a manager. She was not helpful at all. She could only point out that they sent an email asking me to call them. She was extremely unhelpful bordering on rude. No apology for my inconvenience. She continued to say I was the one that didn't call them and it was not their fault. She ended up telling me that she would credit me $20, but I had asked to have my order sent overnight, but refused to do it. Before this happened I never had any problems getting my product. “I got the wrong item even after I confirmed with the vet to approve what Angus was on before and that included heart medicine, it's the only reason I bought the product. when it arrived it was only flea and tick. I called and the woman said she would ask her supervisor what they could do because they don't do returns and that was a week ago with no other contact. The email I got when I made the purchase doesn't show what I bought on it from Koala it just says the order is being processed so I wasn't able to see the issue ahead of time before the product was sent out it just says an order number, not a description on what you bought. I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved.”

“Apparently, by simply ordering, a customer automatically agrees for their order to be recurring. This is noted in a pale gray box with small white lettering below the "Order" button. It also says that if you don't want a recurring order you have to call or write to them to say so. On my computer, this box did not even show on my screen unless I were to have scrolled down further. There was no indication that I ought to do so. There is no place to "check" or "uncheck" for a recurring order. I was surprised to receive a recurring shipment, at full price of course. When I looked back through my emails, I saw I did receive an email on 11/25 stating my auto refill was "shipping soon" and one on 11/28 that said it had shipped. I received it 11/30. I called, complained, was told there was nothing that could be done but that they would unsubscribe me. I asked to speak to a manager and a week later have not been contacted. I only placed my order through Koala because of a $50 coupon offer. Without that, the pet medication would have been cheaper elsewhere. I think this method of automatically enrolling a customer into a recurring order unless YOU write or call THEM afterward is borderline deceptive when the only notice of this practice is in a pale gray box with small white lettering well below the "Order" button”
