“First time using this company because our vet switched to this. Will never use again. Ordered my dogs apoquel May 9th. We got in May 20th. Unfortunately I read reviews on the company after I ordered meds and saw shipping is a huge problem. When I questioned the company after not getting the meds for several days and my dog had run out of Apoquel they told me they ship from MA and can't control shipping delays. I live in Florida and according to tracking it went from MA to AZ for some reason before getting to me.”
“On April 30, I placed an order for Vetmedin 2.5mg, 50 count. Prescription is for 1.25mg BID (for a total of 100 doses per order). I also emailed Tilly's veterinarian, Dr. Jackson.
On May 2nd, I received an email from you saying that Dr. Jackson's office had not authorized the filling of the prescription at Koala and my order was "at risk of being canceled". I called Dr. Jackson's office, but because they are an extremely busy practice, I was only able to leave a voicemail message. I recevied a reply the next morning (May 3rd) that the authorization had been sent out on May 2nd.
I continued to monitor my order page daily for any change of status. Six days later, on May 06, I received another email from you saying that Dr. Jackson's office had not authorized the filling of the prescription. I called Dr. Jackson's office, but, again, because they are an extremely busy practice, I was only able to leave a voicemail message.
On May 07, I checked your webpage to see if there was any change in the status of my order. There was not. I emailed Dr. Jackson's office. I received a reply that it had been RE-sent the evening prior (May 6th).
May 08- I again checked status on webpage and there was still no change. I called Jackson's office, and they were immediately familiar with the authorization request due to my "persistent requests" to check that the authorization had gone through They stated that they would RE-send the authorization again. This was the third time that an authorization had been sent.
May 09-I received a call from you advising me that they were >>> HOLDING THE RELEASE OF THE MEDICATION”

“As much as I wanted to love Koala Health, the items I needed took so long to get to me that I’m not sure I’ll ever use them again. I called to find out why my items were taking so long to get to me. Fifteen minutes before their offices apparently close for the day, the voicemail I got when I called said the offices were already closed. When I could finally get through to them, Koala said the directions the vet had given them for the one eye ointment I desperately needed weren’t clear. The vet read off the instructions they gave and I’m not sure how much clearer they could’ve gotten. They had to finally call Koala to sort it out. Over TWO WEEKS later the Symparica Trio arrived. I had to cancel the eye ointment and go see the vet again since it took so long!!! So added vet bills because of how long Koala takes to get the medication to you where Chewy takes 2 days. Koala can’t even upgrade shipping (and I was willing to pay for it). Chewy is way better in every way.”
“I bouight Nexgard plus for my dog. I still have three months left of my pets past subscription of Nexgard. The prescription I bought at Koala expires in November. I bought a six month supply. I would think the expiration date would be at least one year or less. I am returning the prescription back to Koala. The bad thing also your company is charging me for return shipment.”
“Since Jan 2024, I have had my dog's Sadies ship and delivery date flucuate causing her to run out of medication. I requested in writing that her permanent shipment date be on the 24th of each month because shipments were not getting shipped every 30 days as stated. This last shipment caused her to completely run out and did not arrive until 5/6/24 which left her out of medication for 3 days. I was told by 2 different representatives I spoke with on the phone on 5/2/24 that it would arrive on Sat, 5/4/24. It did not arrive until Monday, 5/6/24. My dog was diagnosed with CHF in August of 2023 and have used Koala Health for her medication since last year. The decline in customer service, promised shipments and lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I had to reach out to my vet in March of this year to get medication to hold her over. I did not receive shipment info or communication that order had shipped at the end of April. I contacted a rep on 5/6/24 who sent me the tracking info. I will no longer be using Koala Health for these recurring issues. I will be moving this medication to Chewy where communication is accurate, efficient and timely.”
“I need to cancel an order I did not want a subscription plan. Prices are much higher than Chewy, but they market like it is cheaper. Sent an email to cancel and refund pending charge. No response.”

“Placed an order, there was an issue making it auto ship so it sat “processing” for days. I called to see why and they told me it was because it couldn’t be auto shipped. Fine, but why didn’t they reach out to me and instead let my order just sit?
Order finally ships, got lost in the mail. I got a replacement through customer service and was told I’d be sent tracking when it shipped. Never got tracking. Reached out a few days later to cs to cancel the order and they told me it had already shipped. I ordered medicine…I can’t wait 4 weeks for it to show up. Ended up having to pay a lot more locally because Koala failed me every single step of the way.
I will never use Koala again and I will dissuade anyone else who is considering it. 0/10”

“Very Poor service. I placed an order for 3 items... they had to get a prescription for the thyroid meds from my dr. after she got a blood workup & check on the thyroid level. I asked them twice by email to go ahead & send the other two prescriptions. He apoquel & symperica trio. They didnt do it & as a result my dog was without her meds for over 3 weeks. This resulted in a $500. vet bill. This was reported to my vet. Also they said when I called repeatedly that they has shipped priorty mail & I would get it right away. That took 8 days , another week. Pretty bad service. Lynn Repp”

“I ordered a prescription antibiotic for my dog that he only needed to take for 2 weeks and 10 days after receiving the order another shipment was made for the same pills that I have no use for! Why would I need an additional 30 pills when the vet only prescribed a 2 weeks?
