Correct case but in wrong box clearly marke Carnaby in Cream colour.
Something must still be wrong in dispatch, not suprized at original mix up.

Thank you for your review. Upon looking at your order notes I can see it was myself that emailed you regarding the colour ordered being out of stock.
There is a 30minute delay between our stock system communicating any changes to our website. It you viewed the website during this period the out of stock colour may have still been showing as available. We have communicated this with our developers previously, but unfortunately we cannot reduce this time-lag any shorter.
We check our stock levels with suppliers once per week, on occasion there may be a discrepancy, however we would be in touch with the customer straight away to resolve.
I have also passed on your feedback regarding the details on the box received. We often recycle and re-use boxes, but product details should be updated if the item is different.

“I need to deal with. I had a query about delivery. I managed to speak to a real person straightaway who assured me that my product will be delivered on time the next day using DPD.. sure enough my delivery was first on the van in fact the delivery dive. I had to stand on my doorstep for 30 seconds because he was 30 seconds too early.! Great product and competitive price, thank you very much”

The only confusing thing was the payment as that had to be paid through a third party so it took a while for the money to leave my bank account. I received couple of updates from the company about the progress of my order before it was delivered and will certainly look at this store's offering again if I require further items of luggage.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We offer several different payment methods, you do not have to choose any of the third party options (Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Klarna, etc) if you do not want to, you can pay directly using your debit/credit card.

We do have a variety of delivery periods for our products, depending on which warehouse they are coming from. Over the past year we have expanded the stock held in our main London warehouse to reduce the number of products with the longer 10 working day delivery following feedback from our customers. I am proud to advise over 50% of the products we sell are delivered within 3 working days. We hope to continue to increase this over the coming years!

“I was extremely disappointed with the service. I was at home when the driver said he called and he did not alert me to his presence at the door. I received a text after the hour slot expired to say as I was not home when he called, the parcel would be sent to a collection point and would be ready to pick up the next day. As I wanted the goods that day, I rang DPD and was told they would contact the driver to bring back the parcel. I was told to hang on which I did for 25 minutes and was then cut off. I rang again and was told by another assistant they cannot call the drivers. I was not impressed that the first assistant gave me the wrong information and left me hanging on the telephone so I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not available and they would ring me back within 2 hours, I did not receive that call. I am very impressed with Luggage Superstore just not with the delivery service DPD.”

“I decided to purchase from Luggage Superstore rather than John Lewis as LS offered free returns. Which is a good thing as I did decide to return my suitcases and I got a full refund within a day of returning the items so well done LS. The only caveat being that LS uses DPD as the returns courier. The drop off points are small post offices or small newsagent shops and not all of them are happy to accept large parcels. I had to try a couple of post offices first and eventually found one that would accept the parcels albeit with a frown and scowl. The other post offices said they had no room for large parcels. I did also try the DPD depot in Dunstable but they don't accept any parcels, oddly enough. So quite a runaround to return the suitcases so something to bear in mind.”

We appreciate your feedback on our chosen courier. We have explored other couriers in the past but always felt following feedback from customers that DPD was the best. We are aware on occasion larger items may be declined by smaller drop shops if they are limited on space, however Post Offices definitely should not decline any of our items.
Typically we recommend Post Offices or larger shops such as Morrisons, Homebase, Argos, etc (varies depending on your local area).
