The suitcase I ordered was well packed, delivered promptly and exactly as requested. The only confusing thing was the payment as that had to be paid through a third party so it took a while for the money to leave my bank account. I received couple of updates from the company about the progress of my order before it was delivered and will certainly look at this store's offering again if I require further items of luggage.
