I was extremely disappointed with the service. I was at home when the driver said he called and he did not alert me to his presence at the door. I received a text after the hour slot expired to say as I was not home when he called, the parcel would be sent to a collection point and would be ready to pick up the next day. As I wanted the goods that day, I rang DPD and was told they would contact the driver to bring back the parcel. I was told to hang on which I did for 25 minutes and was then cut off. I rang again and was told by another assistant they cannot call the drivers. I was not impressed that the first assistant gave me the wrong information and left me hanging on the telephone so I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not available and they would ring me back within 2 hours, I did not receive that call. I am very impressed with Luggage Superstore just not with the delivery service DPD.
