It’s nice to know I can eat normally and still lose weight with MyBodyTutor. I was sure I would be stuck with chicken and broccoli the whole time.

I am actually a really healthy person. I am a runner and was eating fairly healthy. I didn't have that much weight to lose, but the ten pounds I wanted to lose seemed stuck. I wasn't having success getting rid of it and had kind of decided that I just needed to learn to be happy at that weight. I am aging and thought that I was at a point in life where I could be happy with where I was. I learned about MyBodyTutor from reading Gretchen Rubin's book. I am a huge fan of hers and felt that it was worth taking a look at if she recommended it. Before starting, my hopes were to develop healthy habits that I could stick with throughout my life. I was a bit worried about spending the money and wasn't confident that I would get the results I was hoping for. I am the world's biggest skeptic. Part of me was sure this program wouldn't work for me, and I would be the one asking for the money-back guarantee. However, from the first day, I committed to completing all parts of the day-to-day check-ins and recordings that were available. I was so surprised because it did work. The involvement of my tutor was the biggest part of my success. Not only did she provide me with feedback on what I was eating, but she also helped me with strategies to deal with high-stress life issues that I was going through. Without her coaching, I am confident I could easily have resorted to using food to deal with the emotional impact of these events. I didn't need to make major changes to my current habits. A few minor tweaks like increasing my vegetable intake and focusing on more whole food choices made all the difference for me. After a number of months of making healthy choices, they have become my habits as opposed to exceptions. The biggest difference between MyBodyTutor and everything else I had tried is the one on one tutoring and accountability. Hands down, my tutor was the most positive part of the program and the reason for my success. Now, I am at a weight I am perfectly happy with. My goal was to lose 10 pounds, and I have lost 15. I am more confident. I find that my workouts and running are stronger at this lower weight. My clothes fit better, and I feel lean, which benefits my overall outlook. I eat so many more unrefined foods as a result and have really upped my vegetable intake. I also have been able to end my nightly snack habit. With her expertise, I have lost not only the ten pounds I had hoped to but an additional five. I know this may not sound like much weight in the weight loss world, but I can tell you it has made a world of difference to me. I love that your program is based on research-based practices that allow individuals to live in the real world. I am thankful I found your program and believe I have embedded healthy practices into my day-to-day lifestyle and can stick with them. Thanks for all you do, all the positive messages, and most of all, for employing such a wonderful tutor.

I am very impressed with MyBodyTutor. I like the constant information and inspiration. Daily accountability makes all the difference. I've been able to lose weight without counting calories! I would highly recommend the program!

You may think you have "tried everything"... but actually I HAD tried everything before coming to MyBodyTutor. I am 79 years old and have battled all my life with compulsive eating and weight issues. I'm thrilled to be down 8lbs in the first week; it is very motivating. What I was having real issues with, prior to joining MBT, is consistency. I would have a few good days and then I would binge for a few days. The more I did this, the less I wanted to even try for good days. It just didn't seem possible. So I was really looking for something that would hold me accountable so I could get past just a few days and also for a program where when I went off the rails, there would be someone to calm me and get me going again without losing days, weeks, or months, in-between. The accountability is key and it was my "missing" ingredient.

I love MyBodyTutor! It's the best program I have ever done. I can't believe the amount of daily support I receive. It is way beyond what I expected. I really feel I can contact my coach about anything, at any time. She is so incredibly responsive, supportive and has so much knowledge. Always ready to help. She keeps blowing my mind. To be honest I feel that the program is darn worth every penny I invested and actually I feel I get so much more than my money's worth! It's a steal for the amount of support and guidance you receive! The website and app are so easy to use too. I love the feedback I get. It's always super helpful. I could not imagine a better tutor for me! She is amazing. I feel better than I have in a very long time. I feel I have come such a long way in adopting healthy eating habits that I can sustain for life. Letting go of all those harsh rules and the pressure has been a big release for me. I didn't really know what to expect from MyBodyTutor, just that there was the daily accountability component I knew I needed. The fact that it is based on intuitive eating makes my heart happy. I'm relearning how to listen to my body. I've been silencing her for years! Even if I don't lose all of the weight I came here to lose, I will always be happy I chose this program.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to lose weight and not be obsessive over food. I used to have to weigh my food and would get stressed and usually quit when I couldn’t weigh my food, like at restaurants or friends’ houses or heck even when I made a big batch of soup and couldn’t weigh out portions of the final product. It’s amazing and feels like something I can actually stick to!

I am a 59 year old professional who has always been slender and physically active but found that menopause and work responsibilities allowed a "creep" of weight gain over a period of about a year. I was 15 pounds over my usual weight and felt sluggish and chunky. MBT was so helpful with gentle consistency and support to re-align my eating habits. Even though I am in healthcare and "know better", I had lost track of a basic foundation of smart meal planning. I never felt deprived or hungry during the process. My coach was always there for me, especially when I was in a slump. I feel this is a well-balanced and intelligent approach to weight loss and habit re-alignment

I was struggling with negative self-talk due to not losing weight with other efforts. I tried Weight Watchers online and used MyFitnessPal to track food, but neither had the accountability I needed. My hope before joining MyBodyTutor was to learn more about weight loss and have a partner support my efforts on the journey.

I tried joining a gym, working with a personal trainer, Weight Watchers, logging my food, crash diets, binge exercising, you name it and I probably tried it. Before MyBodyTutor, I was incredibly unhappy. My daughter had just spent 11 days in the hospital, and I was at the heaviest I had ever been. I was afraid it wouldn't stop, and I would just keep getting more unhealthy, more out of shape, and more unhappy. I realized this wasn't just about willing myself to be healthy. I needed a big mindset shift. With MyBodyTutor, I hoped to find a cheerleader to support me and be honest with me. I hoped to lose weight, feel better about myself, and sustain some real-life changes. Now, I am in a much better place both mentally and physically. I had a terrific coach whom I count as a real friend. My mindset and how I view food has changed. I lived with FOMO when it came to yummy but completely unhealthy food. Now I can take a step back and ask myself, "will this food make me feel good?" and "will I really miss out if I pass?" I've lost a total of 35 lbs from when I first started to my lowest weight. Every once in a while, a couple of pounds creep on again when my mindset is left unchecked, but I go back to the basics and feel good again. That has never happened before! MyBodyTutor actually cares! I know that seems silly, but these coaches really do want the best for you and in REALISTIC terms. Not a crash diet or super intensive workout routine that's unsustainable. But true life changes to benefit you. MyBodyTutor coaches are here to support you, to be honest with you, and to guide you nutritionally and physically. No gimmicks, no fads, just a common-sense approach to health. You may think, why would I pay money for common sense? And I would ask you if you were following a common-sense approach to health, would you be looking for something more?

MyBodyTutor is changing my life. I've never come across such an effective program. It has allowed me to start tapping into my body in a way that is not just affecting my physique but my mental health. I'm trusting myself again. I had no idea how much my lack of results in the past was due to the unconscious, dissociative and addictive way I used food. So even with the best "diet plan" I was overeating and emotionally eating, but hardly even aware of it as I was numbing out so much. I am becoming so much more aware of the subtleties of my own body and that's been a true gift. I'm so grateful I found this program.

Before joining MyBodyTutor, I didn't think I'd see actual muscles in my arms, back and neck. I didn't think I could lose weight without being starving all the time and while being able to go to restaurants, spend time with friends and family and do all the fun things I usually do. I would highly recommend the MyBodyTutor program!

I used Weight Watchers before and have had success, but my motivation would wane and I'd struggle with mindless eating. I found MyBodyTutor when I came across an article by Adam that spoke to me. At first, I was skeptical since I had success with other programs and slid back, but I was hopeful that I could find balance. I wanted to become a babbling brook with respect to food and life! Since starting, I've lost 11 pounds, and having my coach constantly check in on me has made all the difference. I still weigh myself every day, but I no longer keep track of my weight because it wasn't serving me. I've discovered that if you crowd out the "bad" with the "good," you will have success. I now begin my day with a salad, which starts my day off great, and I find that I'm snacking/eating sweets less because of this new beginning. But even if I do have snacks/sweets, I make it a point to balance it out with veggies and fruits.

I struggled with emotional eating, and I have tried various diets, from low-carb to low-sugar, calorie counting to intermittent fasting. When I first learned about MyBodyTutor online, I was worried that it would be another thing I tried that didn't work, but I hoped that the daily check-ins and accountability would keep me on track. Since starting, I've lost 14 pounds, and I've learned a lot about portioning, eating a balanced diet, and indulging in moderation! For me, working one-on-one with a coach is key. What was also important is that no foods are 'banned,' just indulgences. I would say to anyone considering this approach that it's easier to stick to and lasts longer because it's designed to be a permanent, healthy lifestyle instead of a fad!

Not all transformations are physical. I couldn't imagine a life where food wasn't my escape and comfort. I was binge eating when stressed at work, emotional, tired, bored, or in an uncomfortable social situation. I was always afraid a binge session was around the corner because I knew how awful it made me feel mentally, emotionally, and physically. I tried coach.me, Beach Body and their shakes, Noom, counting calories with MyFitnessPal, excessive restriction, purging through excessive exercise, cutting out carbs, cutting out dairy, cutting out fat, the list goes on. When I found MyBodyTutor, I hoped it would help me heal my relationship with food and get me to a place where food no longer controlled me and I no longer controlled it.
