“Faith R was a huge help in getting my son's apps to download on his new phone! It took quite a bit of time and she was patient and worked thru the problem. I appreciate having access to customer service, it is a lifesaver!”

“Amazing phone for my Autistic daughter. We wanted her to have a way to contact us without being a disruption to the class when she is having a hard time, and with the ability to lock apps while she is in class is more than what we have found other phones to do. With the addition of being able to monitor her conversations for bullying from new friends and being able to add and block numbers without needing her phone in hand, it makes for a great starter phone for her.”

“The Good: Julia was very helpful and concise. No complaints about her service at all. The Not so Good: I was not able to reach telephone support despite numerous calls and letting it ring for a very long time with every call. Also, it seems like I shouldn't have needed to reach out to customer service to get a replacement phone without the extra sim and starting a new subscription. It seems like it would be a pretty common need. Could have been a purchase a new (replacement) phone option from the caregiver portal - then payment info, shipping address, etc would have already been there. Thanks for inviting the feedback and for your time in hearing from your customers, Zach”

“Pinwheel is a great child-safe device option. I liked the Caregiver Portal and how it keeps control options in one place. I also liked the location feature, which allowed me to see where my kid is. My only complaint is it was a little confusing getting family members authorized to call/text/send photos, and the app selection can be limited. Overall, I would recommend Pinwheel if you are looking for a safe device option for your kids with a highly curated app selection.”
