“I am still waiting for my full order. I was delivered the colour component but the black cartridge was missing . AS I paid 'full whack' for genuine HP and I badly need to print out official documents asap PLEASE PLEASE send the black 305 as ordered immediately..Thanks.”

“The ink is good. However I find the advertising poor. It promotes offers '3 for 2', but when explore further is only for limited range. On site can only use one discount code at time, even if have £5 off voucher. Shocking that do not have phone number to get assistance. Found email service very poor. Does customer service Albert Knight actually exist? He behaves like a robot, firing out identical messages to different queries. Very poor service”
