“Very good service, was worried about ordering the correct ones (I’m not terribly tech minded) But the process was easy for once. Not had to use any yet, as the death nell of ‘running out of ink’ hasn’t fallen yet !”

“On 17th April I ordered a new Epson cartridge for Dropshipment NEXT DAY delivery. It is now 23rd April and it has not arrived. I needed it by today at the latest. So, I wrote to Printerinks on 21st and got the following reply: Thank you for your message, we have created a ticket (409300) which is being reviewed by our support staff. We will get back to you as soon as possible. I still have no cartridge and I've had no further reply from Printerinks. Exceptionally poor service, even if it does finally arrive.”

“Generally I have had good service from Printerinks - The service is good and usually inks are delivered promptly. However this time my experience has been different, I purchased 6 genuine Canon inks for my new printer, paid for all 6 but only received 5. Despite querying it immediately 4 days later I have heard nothing. A website shoulds not have items for sale that are not actually in stock.”

“Ink cartridges that I ordered arrived very quickly. however the maintenace box is to follow with no details of a dispatch date ( not informed that it was OOS when I placed the order).”

Dear Rachel, Thank you very much for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. I would like to inform you that your inks and the maintenance box were dispatched separately on the same day due to a shipping issue. The delivery company attempted to deliver the maintenance box within 24 hours of your order placement; however, they unfortunately missed you. They made another attempt on the 17th, but, regrettably, that was unsuccessful as well. When you reached out to us, we promptly informed you of the situation and arranged for a re-dispatch of the maintenance box. We also provided you with the tracking information as proof of the previous delivery attempts for the maintenance box. I hope this clarifies the situation, and I truly appreciate your understanding as we worked to resolve this issue. Thank you once again for your patience!
