“Delivery was very prompt. Have not used cartridges yet as they only arrived yesterday, and I always order them in advance, but I have always been pleased with products in past. If there has been an issue it was promptly & satifactorily resolved.”

“I will admit, I don't use my printer that often now, as my personal use has declined. But having discovered PrinterInks a number of years ago, I always have and will continue to use their service in preference to others. The inks are at competitive prices, and delivery is always fast and reliable- what more can you ask for..”

“I am sorry to say that I have found the service provided to be totally inadequate I accept that I probably made the error when placing the order but since the initial reporting the issue I have been ignored The initial response, after reporting the error, was to request a photo of the wrong ink cartridges to confirm they had not been opened following which you would advise where to return them to and details regarding the refund (approx £60) Since providing the requested photo I have heard nothing”

“Confusing website, offers 3FOR2 but doesn't give it. Claims it's only on selected cartridges but doesn't say that! Apart from that gave the usual high quality product and services.”

“Order arrived well packed and correctly addressed containing inks requested. On this occasion it took longer than usual but there was the interruption of the Easter weekend. In all other respects, good.”

“Ordered ink on the 17th April. Despite taking into consideration the Bank Holiday, over a week later I have still not received my order and according to my account it is still processing. Usually, Printerinks are more effiecient so I am disappointed and have requested a cancellation and refund.”
