“Inks were ordered on wednesday afternoon and arrived on Thursday- brilliant. Unfortunately one cartridge had leaked but an Email and photograph produced a replacement by Monday. Private enterprise could teach public bodies a lot. Many thanks”

“I purchased 2 cartridges of remanufactured canon ink and so little ink was refilled i now have to purchase the ink all over again which was very poor value for money. Have requested another set to ompensate and raised a complaint”

“Very Good: Website that makes it pretty reasy to find what you want. Good: Quality of generic inks. Good: Prices are good. Good: Asistance with getting non-proprietary inks to work Not so good: Sometimes the generic cartridges don't fit - and they won't always take them back. Not so good: Multiple special offers which really confuse. I just want to buy my ink at the best price and usually manage to miss out on the special this and that. Let's just have a best price! Useful: They will take used cartridges back and will give back a small amount, which is useful.”
