“I ordered 2 Canon cartridges but only one was delivered. I contacted the customer service team and got a quick response saying that my request has been escalated to the procurement team. That was on thee 1st April. I contacted the customer service teaam again on 4th April as I had heard nothing It is now 6th April and I have still heard nothing. Poor response. I am astill waiting for my missing cartridge”

“Products excellent, both ink cartridges and labeller cartridges. Once I had a problem with an ink cartridge and a replacement was sent immediately. Unfortunately it was sent by Evri so never arrived. So pleased that my last order was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48”

“I have been using IJT cartridges, having switched from printerinks a very long time ago. IU have had a number of issues with their cartridges which have not been resolved. So I have now switched back to printerinks and am delighted with the quality of the caratidge and its packaging. Works fine. VERY pleased at the switch”

“Dud cartridges didn't work. Bought more to replace them while waiting for printer inks to sort that issue, only to be told too long had passed. This is despite my emailing at the time and them taking ages to respond... Very disappointed. Usually issues are resolved fast and to a satisfactory level. Unfortunately, not this time.”
