“While the ultimate end result was fine, this was an incredibly frustrating transaction with terrible communication with this company. Our first choice of gem (emerald) was not available, which we were not told until 2 weeks after we had ordered. Our 2nd choice was not properly priced and required back and forth with Customer Service to correct. I was then charged for the full amount on my credit card immediately....however, the ring did not ship for another 30 days. Caveat emptor.”

“I am very happy with the products. Pricing is good. Sometimes when you pick you diamonds, and then when they received the orders, the diamonds are no longer available. So you have to pick something else again. this is the only part that is a little confusing but other than that, they are very good informing everything about the steps to get our diamonds to you.”

Thank you, Anh! Yes, much like many other retailers we share a live inventory of diamonds with other retailers. This can cause an unavailable to happen from time to time because of this. We do our best to keep our inventory updated to minimize this from happening! And if it does happen we always offer similar if not better options to replace it with! Thank you again!

“The first diamond I received I did not like. So sent back and ordered another diamond for the setting. There was a mix up and just the diamond was sent without the setting. So back that went until I finally got my completed ring which I love I spent a lot of time on the phone. All of the representatives were wonderful though.”
