“My experience was great. This was my first time buying a diamond and ring of this nature online. I spent a lot of time researching what made up a good ring and diamond. I researched Ritani and other online retailers. I came across a diamond that I liked (3 carat round - heart and arrows). I custom built the engagement ring (six prong split cathedral with petal setting). I leveraged the instant diamond analysis report Ritani offered, I chatted with a gemologist and ultimately decided to pull the trigger. I emailed customer care to get questions answered and they were great at getting back to me with 1/2 a day to a day. Ultimately I decided to use the free preview with a diamond pro service to ease my mind about making a purchase online. It took about two weeks all in and when I saw the diamond and engagement ring, I thought..."Holy cow!". I can't say enough about how smoothly my experience was. And how I feel about getting a great deal. I was nervous at first but the whole thing was great. 5 stars for sure for my experience. Thanks Ritani!”

“This has been maybe the only time this year that I’ve been completely thrilled with an online purchase. Great pricing. Great quality. Exactly what I expected after studying stones for several months. The only suggestion I would offer would be to coordinate with clients regarding delivery date before sending overnight FedEx signature required. Fantastic ring! Thank you!”

“Changed my delivery date three times, was starting to get nervous that Ritani would cancel my order. But I was relieved when I say the charge was in progress ,and item with tracking and photo of courier emailed to me. Item was delivered and Diamond Stubs were exactly as ordered. During the holidays expect delays. I will try another product, just not during the holidays.”
