“I had my original Ritani engagement ring reset. While I am happy with the new setting Ritani lost my old setting and has now sent me a cheaper setting to replace it. Shipping dates were not followed through on by Ritani and my finished ring was shipped too early as someone at Ritani "did not see the dates in the notes". There appears to be extreme miscommunication within the company and as a result customer service is very poor. I expect to be made whole from Ritani's loss of my original setting. Still working on that.”

“The quality is great. The highlight was the customer service. Anna was with me every step of the way and help me make the best choices for what i am looking for and the budget. The prices are better than other places and the option to have 18k gold was also great. I removed one star because I met with the expert pro at Starbucks. Which caught me off guard initally. I expected to go to a store or office. I was pleased that she was kind patient and communicated well but did not expect to meet a starbucks and was a little bit concerned for the safety”

“Entire process was made very easy, website is well built, I appreciated the 3D rendering of the ring as you customized it. The entire process of designing, building, and shipping the ring was very quick. Ritani also makes it very easy to select a diamond for someone who has little to no experience or knowledge.”
