“I placed an order for a bubble lamp for my grandaughters 1st birthday. I was not told there would be a delay. I emailed several times and was told it had been despatched but there was no tracking information. It finally arrived a month later. The lamp is nice but I would have ordered from elsewhere so I could have had it in time!”

“ordered stuff 3.5 weeks ago nothings turned up want a refund but being fobed off thsts its with royal mail but they haven't even given me a tracking nbr and roya mail hasnt contactes me to say they have recived it , so its a dead end ,very frustrating and annoying !!..”

“Last year we switched from another company TTS over to sensory education. We have recently completed our end of financial year accounts for our school and we were stunned to discover switching over saved our school thousands of pounds. Meaning we could put that money to other uses all whilst getting the exact same products but at better prices. This year we used the savings made to overhaul and redesign our playground outdoor space and sensory education were our first port of call and our playground is now amazing with a wide range of equipment from mud kitchens and wooden houses and bridges. Thanks all”
