“Horrendous company to deal with. Impossible to speak to anyone to get clarification on delayed items, just a series of incredibly rude emails. Live chat does not work either. Will not be using again.”

“First time using Sensory Education and was impressed initially with the good prices offered. Placed an order for 3 items and paid. A week later we received a refund for one of the items, no explanation as to why or any offer of a replacement. We received the 2nd of 3 items and although it was an order placed it was not the item that was out for delivery. Emailed Sensory Education received a reply to say the query was with the warehouse and would get a response in 3-5 days !. Still not received outstanding item or had an indication of when it will be out for delivery. I may be being a little harsh but offering good prices, although great, if the overall service to back the good price up isn't there then return business is unlikely”

“NO ORDER RECEIVED, UNABLE TO CONTACT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE, AM NOW BEING INUNDATED WITH PAYMENT DEMANDS FOR GOODS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. HORRENDOUS SERVICE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.”

“I am very pleased with the product ordered now that it has finally arrived, but what a wait! I had to phone twice to follow up and was starting to get concerned. Hopefully this will prove to be a once off issue as I fully intend to purchase from sensory education again now that I see it is indeed a genuine company.”

Hi Maureen Thank you for your feedback. Looking into your issue, your order was accidentally placed on hold as we had you down on half term break as an educational establishment and we hold them orders back to avoid failed deliveries and return of goods. “Emailed as soon as I placed my order and I see when I could expect delivery. I was told 3-5 days. Over two weeks later it arrived and when I have contacted customer services I have had no help or support and in fact they want to charge me for restocking. Had we had any sort of service at all I would have this company on my list for our extensive shopping but now I wouldn’t ever use them or recommend them. Total lack of customer service and support!!”
