“Ordered 2 sensory lamps over 3 weeks ago for my grandsons birthday. Lower priced one arrived within a week. More expensive still outstanding, very little help from Customer Service who are blaming postal strikes ???goods get delivered by dpd??? Thanks to them we'll miss the birthday surprise. No good phoning - after a recorded message they cut you off.”

“DO NOT ORDER - SCAM!!! Item wasn't received. It was sent to an address 281 miles from where I live. Emailed Sensory education 6 times and I haven't had a response. Commented on FB post and my comment was deleted yet they continue to promote items and post. Horrendous service. Company have now blocked me on social media.”

“Super products, will be perfect for our water wall at school. Bit if a delay on delivery but upon emailing asking when my products would be delivered I was emailed back promptly and sent a courier email the next day and received delivery a few days later. Will use this company again.”

“Placing the order was easy and I was updated throughout on the delivery status of each item. As items arrived they were checked against the order and it was noted that we had received an incorrect item. I tried to call you about this but no telephone number, so went online to try and effect a return/exchange. This process is tedious & still not resolved; I believe I am waiting for a response from you about a warranty claim. It is not a warranty claim but simply that we received the incorrect item and are wanting to exchange it for the right one. I would be keen to understand how this matter can be resolved and look forward to hearing from you. On the whole you provide a great service but this return/exchange process does seem to let you down and leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth. I look forward to hearing from you.
