“Although a telephone conversation would have been helpful, I was able to contact Sensory Education via the online form on the website and via email. All my emails were answered promptly and courteously. The customer service team were very helpful and resolved my issues above and beyond what I expected. My refund was back in my account swiftly. I sent turn my thanks.”

“Appauling level of service. Items ordered and paid for in July 2022. To date (March 2023) no goods have been delivered and we have not received a refund for the non received goods. When you try to call all lines are busy and when you contact by email no response is received back! Do not order from this company”

“Quick delivery and great customer service! Ordered some supplies for home schooling and needed to edit the address as I entered it incorrectly, emailed at 6pm and responded to at 6:03pm and edited and confirmed. Was surprised at the quick response but what surprised me the most was the delivery arrived the next day with DPD. Top level of response and the resources are great value for money.”
