Had an email offer for Numberblocks toys and the range was beautiful, ordered on the Thursday and arrived on the Friday,Little Sammy loves his new Numberblock toys.

Waited 3 weeks for a small delivery and it wasn't prossesd untill I sent 3/4 emails asking for a refund, they said it was too late as they processed it the very next day

SensoryEducation now trading as Cheap Disability Aids have atrocious customer care. They do not answer a straight question such as "when was the order dispatched?" They finally cancelled my order, outside contract law, as they were unprepared to answer the question. I found the response discourteous and arrogant. I cannot recommend this company,

Absolutely shocking service!! Emailed way over 8 times regarding my order that still hasn’t arrived which I paid £160 for. My other order placed at the same time half of the items where incorrect. I’ve had no help, no one to fix it or tell me where my other order is. I would NOT recommend them to anyone & AVOID at all costs, as I am now £160 out of pocket and ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

I can see that our team have sent over the returns information to you on a few occasions. The picking error is easy to resolve and just needs you to log the issue on the returns system Returns You can log a returns query below and this will allow you to log damages,faulty items and all other returns. https://www.cheapdisabilityaids.co.uk/tools/returns

Still waiting on my item I ordered 2 weeks ago very dissapointed at the poor customer service no update on my delivery date avoid ! This is my sons money and he needs his order still waiting g back for a reply !!!
