“Bought this for a little boy I work with who has ASD. It is now saving our pompoms, sponges and anything else chewable. I will be buying more to keep in stock.”

“They ignored my emails detailing the faults with the product. And now just over a year later, one very expensive product has stopped working, worth over a £100! It was having issues within a month of purchase. But they ignored that email completely. I don't recommend this company at all!”

“Monkey Mega Flashing Animal Wand Ordered two of these, one for each of my grandchildren's stockings, so I don't know yet what the reaction will be, but the toys look to be very attractive and sturdy items. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service having received my order very quickly, and especially impressed that I had asked if it was possible, that I could have one in pink and one in blue and my request was met. Many thanks and Merry Christmas 🤶”

“proper stethoscope So pleased with this, it looks, feels and sounds so right. I've bought a school shirt from a charity shop today to make her a white coat to go with it. It's quieter than I expected but then I've never heard a real one. We could hear that lubdup noise from our hearts. Looking forward to seeing our 2yo granddaughter try it.”

“Sensory education or Cheap disability aids ...avoid like the plague placed an order back in march never arrived filled in countless forms on line to be advised they'd resend even though website stated out of stock by this point further emails still not received goods or refund of almost £70 poor service and I'm not the only one who has had bad experience with them tel line says working from home fill in on line form... you'll be lucky if you've a reply will be reporting them”

“The pencil toppers arrived on time and we were kept up to date of the delivery. They are really excellent quality with smooth movement and my son loves them. Sadly, despite my son's ASD, my son's teacher has said that he can't use them in class as a fidget as it requires both hands but he is happy to use at home. They are bright and colourful and really visually appealing and I would happily buy again if he was allowed to use at school.”

“Waiting since 12.10.2021 for Customer Service to respond to me regarding one of the disco bath lights that do not switch on. Had a case number from them but as yet have heard nothing. Also emailed but still nothing. Item was a present which I obviously could not give.”

“Ordered 2 items, said it would be dispatched that day. Weeks later still nothing, have asked for a refunds 3 times, instead of refunding they keep saying its on its way, with royal mail. No apologies, no tracking numbers, no evidence of dispatch. Most companies would refund no questions asked. Feels like i’m dealing with someone in another country, very strange.”
