“You have a good selection of insoles I want and can’t find elsewhere. The web site seems outdated and as a result I wondered about security. The online assistance with my return was highly effective. I was surprised to hear from them about a return fee, which doesn’t seem right if I’m returning a defective product. They waived it, so not an issue.”
