“Shopping was fine. Ordered product that said Size -xxl 15.5+ product came box labeled xxl 13+ No way I can get this on! Needed the 15.5+ shoe size. For total of $32 and some change, I will have to send back. Friggin hassle. It looks nice but would not buy again unless the size was correct.”

“I ordered two pairs of insoles. One fit great and the other was an experiment as I had never used this particular brand before. That one didn't fit well and needed to be returned. The return process went smoothly. Communication was good and my experience was pleasant.”

“I purchased 3 pairs of the OOFA slides as a Christmas present for my family members. Two pairs fit perfectly but one was too large. The site suggests these run a half-size small and round up. My oldest son wears 11.5 in Brooks running shoes so I got 12. Too big. They made it easy to exchange for 11s for free and fast. would recommend the IN SOLE Store.”
