“I’ve used Spenco shoe liners since the 1980s running marathons, 10 milers, countless 10k’s and long runs with the Hash House Harriers. They are a fixture in my shoes and I highly recommend them.”

“I like my insoles so far but got some for my husband for Christmas. He only needs one. I wish I could just buy one side. Also, the gift that came with the points that I used is all dried out.”

“Love ❤️ your 10 seconds insoles. My husband, full- time farmer used to get a backache at the end of the day, once getting your 10 seconds insoles he has not had a backache since. I walk several miles a day and personally love your insoles too. We highly recommend them.”
