“Waited a little too long for chat response and like an hour got response and was told that my chat was shut down because I wasn't there, you did leave a recommendation and I purchased, small complaint however, hope my new insoles are comfy”

“Easy to order the sandals for myself and my granddtr. Hard to say if the sandals resolves our heel pain. For my 16-yr old granddtr, she says the sandals feel "weird." She's still wearing them tho. For myself, the sandals help some days, but not on others. Cant figure why they aren't consistently relieving the pain.🤷🏻‍♀️”

Thank you for your positive feedback, Yvonne! The Vionic sandals you purchased feature a rigid arch support, so it may take you and your granddaughter's feet a while to adjust to them, especially if you both have never worn insoles or orthotics before. We suggest breaking your shoes in gradually, and only wearing them for 1 to 2 hours a day for the first week, then 3-4 hours a day for the next week. Your granddaughter's feet likely feel "weird" because of the rigidness and foot support provided by the sandals. Her feet should adjust to them over time. Your feet may be hurting for the same reason, as they are not used to the sandals yet. We suggest for both of you to break them in gradually, and your feet should adjust with time.
