Insole mentioned metatarsal support but was not correct and did like restocking fee will not buy from insole store again

It was sort of okay As it was hard to find The Right type (not neccesarily your Fault) . I may up the rating AFTER I get them and use them a bit. also somehow you had all my Ordering info whithout my giving it to you (who ever gave it to you did so whithout my permission ) while conveinant ;asthe son of a accountant , that's a no-no. Found what I wanted quickly and placed my order. The next morning I realized I had given the incorrect shipping address. I called the help line but no one answered. Later that day. I received a call back and the person took care of my problem. I am delighted!

I have had a Viva Sport for 3 years and thought I ordered the same insole. However, I ordered the Viva and can tell a huge difference. The Viva Sport is so much better on my feet and legs. I guess I will just have to pay more attention next time.

Thank you for your feedback, Brenda! Your order was placed on Saturday, 6/17 and went out first thing on Tuesday, 6/20. As stated in our Shipping Policy, "Orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be assigned a tracking number and shipped by the end of the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on a weekend, or during a holiday will be shipped the following business day." Our Warehouse was closed on Monday 6/19 in observance of Juneteenth, so your order went out first thing on Tuesday. Your tracking reflects that your order is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. We hope you enjoy it once you receive it, and we appreciate your business!
